"description": "
The Questions We Ask God is a Christian apologetics book for every person who has ever carried a hard question in silence - about suffering, doubt, death, God's existence, Hell, and the silence of Heaven. Author R. P. Priddy does not offer rehearsed answers or comfortable theology. He goes to the original Hebrew and Greek, traces the ancient manuscripts, walks through church history, and brings the full weight of Scripture to bear on the questions most books are afraid to ask out loud. Written with pastoral honesty and scholarly depth, this book meets readers exactly where they are - in the grief, the doubt, the wrestling - and points them toward the only Answer that has ever actually held. Fifteen questions. Fifteen honest chapters. One unchanging God.

",

                "description": "
In 2019, as Japan hosted the Rugby World Cup, Typhoon Hagibis brought havoc to the organisation of the event and to the country as a whole. Into 2020, and rather than the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Paralympics, the world's attention turned to the spectre of the new coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. The games appeared to be 'cursed' according some Japanese politicians. In March 2020 it was decided that the Olympics and Paralympics would be postponed until the following year but would continue to be known as the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Paralympics. Finally, in July 2021, Tokyo was ready to host the world's biggest sporting event. Japan had done everything it could to ensure that the games would be remembered for the sports, that the country and its people will be noted for their hospitality, that these will be the best games ever. But not everyone wanted the games to be a success. Some wanted it to be remembered for something completely different.

Tokyo 20/20 Vision follows a British Olympian, photojournalist 'Rock' Iwakura and journalist Eri Amadera as they become caught up in the plan for the Olympic games to be disrupted.

",

Photo-journalist Iwakura and his reporter friend Eri, as she was known to the whole of Japan, would be working together again. Since their collaboration in 2011 had exposed more about the truth surrounding the hijacking of a shinkansen ('bullet train'), they had worked on many articles together, but this would be their first book. The book would be covering some important current social issues such as depopulation, city regeneration, tourism, and work-related suicides.

But fate had another path for them. One where death always seemed to be close at hand.

FOUR is the first book (but second that was published) in the 'Iwakura Series' continues the adventures of photojournalist 'Rock' Iwakura and journalist Eri Amadera. The book starts in 2013, less than two years after Hijacking Japan was set. Although it contains some spoilers related to that book, it can be read without overly ruining the story and tension if you want to read that one later. Although FOUR is the second in the Iwakura series, it is set before Tokyo 20/20 Vision and helps to explain some of the history and character development that you will have come across if you read that one first. Naturally, it does not matter if you read FOUR before Tokyo 20/20 Vision.
",

A long weekend with her boyfriend, Akira, and two other friends, Mai and Masashi, seemed ideal. The four of them would travel by Japan's safest form of transport, the shinkansen ('bullet train'), before boarding a ferry for the trip across to the quiet island of Sado. However, Nicola and her friends could never imagine that they would become caught up in a hijacking. Why would someone want to hijack this train? How would Nicola and her friends respond to being on a hijacked train? Would the police be able to catch those responsible? Hijacking Japan follows events in a real-time format during a dramatic day that threatens to bring the Japanese government to its knees.
",

Lost in abandoned tunnels of the illegal rave scene, he numbs his demons with fleeting pleasures-until he meets hedonistic Melanie. How can one remain blissful when all that one loves dies? Or does anything really die? "description": "
What if the tension between divine sovereignty and human freedom has never actually been resolved - not because Scripture is unclear, but because the philosophical frame we inherited obscures what Scripture plainly says?

Ongoing Sovereignty: The God Who Is Here begins with a single question: does God exist outside the present moment, or is He - as He declares Himself - the great I AM? That question, pursued carefully through Scripture, opens a framework that upholds the full doctrines of grace while taking seriously the biblical portrait of a God who grieves, relents, responds to prayer, and acts in genuine relationship with His people.

This is not Open Theism. It is not Molinism. Ongoing Sovereignty Theology affirms total depravity, unconditional election, and the preservation of the saints - while rejecting the philosophical assumption that God has exhaustively decreed every event. The result is a framework that resolves the sovereignty-freedom tension not by softening either side, but by reexamining the definition of time itself.

The book works through the hardest texts honestly - election, the problem of evil, intercessory prayer, and eschatology - without flinching at what Scripture actually says. It is written for the believer who has felt the dissonance between their theological system and their prayer life, and refused to stop asking why.

First Edition, 2026. "name": "The Time Thief",
                "subtitle": "The Broken Promise of Our Buildings and the Fight for the Air We Breath",
                "description": "
Think about our buildings for a moment. They had one important job. It was an evolutionary bargain with our environment: we build structures to protect us from the elements and keep predators out.

Objectively, however, we are failing. Somewhere along the way, we forgot the mammal inside the box. We became obsessed with the box itself, how energy, efficient it is, how airtight we can make it, and how cheaply we can stack it. In doing so, we broke the bargain. Instead of keeping danger out, we've trapped it inside with us. We have spent the last fifty years conducting a \"grand chemical experiment\" on ourselves.

The Time Thief forces us to confront this systemic, invisible massacre. The air we breathe kills roughly 7 to 8 million people each year. For every one person killed by a car, roughly six die from breathing polluted air. Yet for fifty years, we have been selling cars without speedometers, building homes, schools, and offices without basic sensors to tell us whether the air inside is actually safe. We have allowed minimum compliance, the worst thing you are allowed to do by law, to become the maximum ambition of a profit-driven market.

This book introduces the antagonist of this crisis: The Time Thief. It is a quiet, dangerous villain that doesn't just shorten our lives with fatal asthma attacks or cardiovascular disease, but robs us of the quality of our present time. It has a plan. Humanity is part of it.

They just don't know that yet.

Collision with Andromeda spans seventeen million years and follows the Okonkwo family across the full arc of that plan and everything that follows from it. Scientists who build weapons they don't fully understand. A woman who becomes the galaxy's living interface. A man who spends four centuries answering a wrong that was done to his family. Generations who scatter across the stars carrying names that mean more than they know.

Above them all, the galaxy watches. Patient. Hungry. Telling itself that what it is doing is necessary.

It is wrong about that. The consequences are larger than it imagined.

The novel works at two scales simultaneously. Its galaxy POV chapters render non-human consciousness with genuine alienness, no pronouns, no human grammar, a mind that measures time in stellar rotations and cannot quite perceive anything as small as a person. Its human chapters are grounded in grief, stubbornness, and the persistence of identity across millennia.

Readers of Iain M. Banks and Arthur C. Clarke will find the scale familiar. The moral territory is harder to place. Collision with Andromeda does not resolve into lessons. It resolves into consequences, and it makes you feel the full weight of them.

A seventeen-million-year story about what it costs to mean well, and what it costs when meaning well is not enough.
",

                "description": "
There is something divinely special about people who choose to risk [and sometimes] sacrifice their lives for the sake of others. Sheltee [Debose] Felton is one of them! As a Medical ICU Registered Nurse, Sheltee has experienced the gratification and grief that is inevitable within healthcare. However, her dedication to her purpose has exceeded every reluctancy she's ever had. Fortunately, at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic her brave and altruistic mentality did not change! Nurse Sheltee faced the deathly realities of COVID-19 with courage and grace.

Within her debut literary work, \"Nursing During the Outbreak: What I saw, what I felt, and why I chose to stay,\" Nurse Sheltee takes her readers on a visual journey through the heart and brain of \"Rona, the Destructive Infectious Fatale,\" aka Corona virus. Death always has someone's first and last name attached to it, but sometimes... just sometimes, God sends His angels by the names of Life, Grace, and Mercy to our aid.

Angels aren't disguised anymore; they are dressed in scrubs and sometimes work beyond a typical 12 hour shift. Despite the fatigue, daily encounters with death, and the anxiety of simply not knowing, Nurse Sheltee remained committed to her passion. Not only is nursing Nurse Sheltee's calling but nursing also called her. It is safe to say that the whole world has thanked God for His angel(s) who serve tirelessly on the frontlines of healthcare.
",
